Symptoms


ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Trying to import an xer file into P6 15.2.  The import progress hangs.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Import progress should be complete and successful.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open P6 Client
2. File -> Import
3. Choose a XER

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot import some XER files.
