Cascade Option in project dates are not working properly

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Cascade option should work for all planned finish date of tasks and sub tasks of a project

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Project start date: 01.01.2015
    Project finish date: 31.12.2017

Project plan dates :
Manage Project Plan
End tasks has planned finish date in Jan/Febr-2015
Now, I want to Change End date for all the Task and Subtask , because my project end date change to 31.12.2018

Now, see the project plan dates.

Only Project start end date and Last task date change.
I need change for all task and subtasks. the Planned Finish Date
