Symptoms

On : 11.1.10.0.0 version, Accounts, Contacts, Households

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Customer's fiscal year is different from the standard fiscal year and as a result, they need to report differently.

Currently they have a custom calendar set-up under the "Manage Accounting Calendars" task but when they use the "Week" dimension in reporting, the data does not align to the custom calendar they created.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
It is expected that reporting would match their custom calendar they created.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a new Accounting Calendar
2. Run the BI Report and observe that the week data does not match the calendar created.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot get accurate reporting of their custom calendar events.
