Symptoms

On : 11.1.10.0.0 version, Taleo Integration

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When entering a New Pending Working from Taleo and chose "Yes" Time Card Required in both areas of the Payment Details under Person Information.
When this information is converted to an Active Employee the second Time Card Required section becomes blank and have to re-enter the "Yes"

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Time Card Required section to be the way it was set : "Yes"

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. New Pending Working
2. Chose "Yes" Time Card Required
3. Check data after saving
4. Time Card Required -> Blank
