Other Fields Such As Other Employer Are Not Available in Candidate Advanced Search (Doc ID 2140042.1)

In Configuration > Recruiting - Administration > Candidate Search Page, the user is not seeing the Other fields such as Other Employer, Other Function, Other Institution, Other Program, Other Certification.
In the Recruiting Center, under Advanced Search > Customize, the user is also unable to find these Other fields.
