ON Fusion Applications 18.104.22.168.0 in Stage/Test SaaS Environment:
When trying to access the CRM Home landing page, the following error message appears in random locations. For example: When selecting Sales > Opportunities, Manage Product Groups, etc
"The Oracle Cloud environment is currently unavailable. Our team is actively working to resolve this unplanned downtime and to restore your service(s) as quickly as possible.
In the meantime we encourage you to visit cloud.oracle.com

1. Login to Fuse Home page using https://<server>/homePage/faces/FuseWelcome
2. try to access any of the Sales pages e.g. Opportunity, Analytics etc using the Navigator/Springboard
3. Get the error message
