Symptoms

On : 11.1.11.0.0 version

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Removal of "State" and "City" from the Mobile Pages in App Composer does not remove them from the App

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Once removed from App Composer the fields should not appear in the app

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to App Composer
2. Under Common -> Accounts -> Pages -> Mobile Pages ->Create or Edit Page Layout
3. Duplicate the Default Layout, edit the new layout to remove "State" and "City"
4. Login to the OSC App and navigate to Customers and "Create" a new account and the "State" and "City" can still be seen

Due to this issue, the "State" and "City" field can not be removed from the Mobile App
