Caller ANI not displaying to agent

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Caller ANI should display to agent

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open call GUI on customer website
2. Make call
3. Check ANI display on destination phone

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, agents are not able to identify call number
