HSBC have provided a VCF format credit card file from Visa to upload using the credit Card transaction Load program. The employee reference in that file is contained in record Type 4 field 17 which is described as
17 Card Identifier X(20) Cardholder’s employee number or employee code. This field will generally be used to create users within a company’s ERP/expense management system.
However, when this file was uploaded, the credit card transactions are created but they are not auto associated to the employees.
