Goal

On : 11.1.10.0.0 version, Global Human Resources


When approving transactions through the BPM Worklist we are receiving an error when clicking the claim button in the transaction. See screenshot document of step-by-step.

When we open the transaction and click Claim, nothing happens. Then if we click it again an error message occurs. If we close out and go back into the transaction then the Approve and Reject buttons show up. Shouldn't these buttons show after you click claim?
