Incorrectly Calculated Ratings And Count Within The Worker Self Evaluation

On : version, Goal Management

The customer is seeing a difference between the count of the Ratings Entered and Comments Entered in the Performance Document than what has actually been entered.

The total count in the Ratings Entered and Comments Entered should be the same as what is entered.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go into a Review.
2. Enter ratings and comments in the Goals section.
3. The total count listed in the Goals Tile does not match that in the Ratings and Comments.

The issue has the following business impact:
The totals in the Goals Tile are different than what has been entered causing confusion as to what has actually been entered.
