Getting an error while running export jobs (Doc ID 2141419.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.1.11.1.0 version, Activity Management

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Export is erroring out for all objects.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
They should be able to export records without getting any errors.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to OSC
2. Navigate to FSM
3. Search for Scheduled Export Process
4. Create export process and select object you want to export.
5. Run the job
6. End in ERROR


STEPS

Exporting Object - idActivityMgmtActivityExpVO. Exception - java.lang.RuntimeException: java.lang.Exception: An attachment could not be created for the bulk export.
