'Activity Template Inconsistency' Error When Attempting to 'Approve Request and Create Project' in Instantis EnterpriseTrack

When attempting to 'Approve Request and Create Project' the following error message is received:
"Project Request dates edit error. Please correct the errors shown below, and try again. Activity Template Inconsistency: The number of activities do not match. Please reopen the Project Request and reselect the desired Project Template."
After the Project Request / Proposal / Charter was created, there was a change made to the Roadmap associated to the Project Request.
