Symptoms

On : 11.1.10.0.0 version, Other Issues

 In the Expenses -> Auditing -> Manage Expenses form, if you click on the red
 square in the upper left-hand corner of an person's name, an error message is
 displayed and the Work address is blank in the pop-up employee details
 window. This was working prior to our upgrade to R10 this weekend. It is
 also working correctly in the Manage User's form after the R10 upgrade.

 Definition
 oracle.apps.hcm.legconfig.setup.publicView.InstalledLegislationsPVO of type
 View Definition is not found.

 STEPS
 -----------------------
 The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
 Expenses -> Auditing -> Manage Expenses form, if you click on the red square
 in the upper left-hand corner of an person's name, an error message is
 displayed

 The issue has the following business impact:
 Due to this issue, users cannot see work address in Expenses
