ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
The Direct Messages are taking longer than normal to load on SRM Engage


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The messages should appear in Engage without elongated delay.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Facebook as page admin
2. Check the latest Direct Message which has been received in SRM Engage
3. Go to SRM Engage
4. Wait for the Direct Message to show up

Due to this issue, users are unable to respond to customers in timely manner
