Creating A User in CPQ when a User in OSC is created from a Partner Contact

Our requirement is as follows.
Sales Admin will create a partner & Partner contact will be created against that partner. For making that partner contact a user, we'll be clicking on Manage user roles and we are setting the password manually via OIM. Our OSC environment is integrated with CPQ. So, we want the user to be created in CPQ even automatically or on a single click instead of creating a user in CPQ again which is a time taking process.
