Cannot Edit Lead Assessment Template Name After Activation

On : 22.214.171.124.0 version, Leads, Sales Campaigns
The customer has created an assessment template to test the Lead qualification functionality. The template was activated upon which they identified that the template name was incorrect. In the edit option, this field is not available for edition.
Is it possible to change the assessment template name after activation?
