Symptoms
When attempting to import XER files via P6 Professional Cloud Connect, the import fails with the following event codes:

Description: PRM DBAccess Error: Stream read error
FOLLOWED BY EVENT CODE

Event Code: VDBEG-2912-C
Description: TCVirtualDBEngine.GetDatabase: Database not found:
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to P6 Professional Cloud Connect
2. Choose File / Import
3. Provide credentials to import an .XER file.
4. Observe reported event codes.

Due to this issue, users cannot import .XER files via P6 Professional Cloud Connect.
