Error In 'Transfer Budget Balances To Budget Cubes Continuously: Schedule Transfer' Child Process (Doc ID 2143048.1)

Goal

On : 11.1.11.1.0 version, Manage Project Costs-Process Project Cost Transactions

Error in 'Transfer Budget Balances to Budget Cubes Continuously: Schedule Transfer' Child Process

After successfully submitting the Import and Process Cost Transactions process (automatically run after selecting "Save and Release" from the Manage Unprocessed Transactions page), two child processes are created as well. ''Import and Process Cost Transactions: Generate Output Report" (Succeeded) and "Transfer Budget Balances in Budget Cubes Continuously: Schedule Transfer," which results in an error.
The same error has happened after several different attempts.
How to avoid this ?
 
ERROR IN LOG FOE

Master process stopped because of Exception XCC_STREAMING Profile Name does not exist.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Submit the Import and Process Cost Transactions process (automatically run after selecting "Save and Release" from the Manage Unprocessed Transactions page),
Two child processes are created as well. ''Import and Process Cost Transactions: Generate Output Report" (Succeeded) and "Transfer Budget Balances in Budget Cubes Continuously: Schedule Transfer," which results in an error.
