The error occurs when then click save Opportunity

Failed to lock the record in table MOO_OPTY with key oracle.jbo.Key[300000014569384 ], another user holds the lock

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Edit Opportunity
2. Make changes
3. Click save
4. Get error

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot manually edit opportunities while Import is being done.
