Rel 10: Access Manager Error When Accessing UR Link To BI Report (Doc ID 2144076.1)

Goal

Step 1: We have created a BI report to display all Opportunities using a BI Report.
Step 2: We have also crated a Link in Application composer under Common > Account.
So, when user clicks on the link, it opens the report created in Step 1.

What is observed is, on logging in, user on querying the Account, clicks on the link, getting Access Manager error.
But, when already in BI catalog , and then access the Link, able to see the BI report.

Look like BI report is looking for BI access login for opening the report.
How do we overcome the Access Manager error?
