Unable To Create Expense Item/report Using Expense Report Spreadsheet (Doc ID 2144213.1)

Symptoms

1. DESCRIPTION OF THE LOSS OF FUNCTIONALITY
------------------------------------------------------
In Oracle Fusion Payables, User is not able to create the expense items using Expense Spreadsheet functionality . It did not show any error .

2. STEPS OR EVENTS THAT LEAD TO THE ISSUE OCCURRING
----------------------------------------------------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Using Oracle Cloud Dashboard > Expenses > Create Expense Items in Spreadsheet

2 . Connect with user and enter the required details for Expense Items

3 . No Expense Report submitted
