Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Line Manager is not able to edit the personal information of his reportees.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Ideally on the right hand side there should be a button to edit Employee's Personal Information

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Logged as a line manager
2) Clicks on "Directory" card
3)Clicks on "Person Gallery"
4)Searched for the reportee
5)Clicks on Employee's name hyperlink
