Fusion Application - Global Payroll: Error When Creating A Bank For Singapore

On : version, Global Payroll

When attempting to create a bank for Singapore the system is not allowing a code composed of number+letters and restricts the input values to 4, the following error occurs.
- occurs when using both Fusion UI and Payroll Batch Loader

"Enter a numeric value for the Bank Code" (when entering alpha-numeric values)
"Enter a value of 4 characters for the Bank Code." (when entering more than 4 characters)

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

Fusion UI

1. Navigate to Create Bank UI
2. Add bank details:
- alpha-numeric values
- more than 4 characters
3. Error is returned

Payroll Batch Loader
1. Use Payroll Batch Loader to load/create banks
2. Error is returned
