 On : 11.1.10.0.0 version, Performance

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When attempting to click action items for an employee it took almost a min to open the page

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect to open the page in 10 seconds

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Benefit Administration -> Enrollment -> Enter person number -> Manage Action Items

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot use Manage Action Items, as it is taking long time.
