REGEX Tester Behaves Differently In Webcare EE Editor Than It Does In CX EE Editor (Doc ID 2144792.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
In Webcare, the RegEx Tester shows SUCCESS (green check), however testing the same regex in EE Editor within OSvC-RN CX, the Regex Tester shows RED 'X' (failed to match).

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The EE Editor is the same logic/code. The Regex tester behavior should be the same in both Webcare and RN CX.

STEPS
-----------------------
Steps to Repro:
1. Create a Rule with Condition=Visitor Browsing: Current Page URL
  Operator=Matches Regular Expression
  Regular expression is: \/secured\/home\.aspx
2. Use the RegEx Tester
  Sample Text for Reg Expr Test: itest3.allstate.com/secured/home.aspx


BUSINESS IMPACT

Due to this issue, users in RN-CX get an incorrect result from the Regex Tester.
