User cannot put scheduled post into draft mode or change date and is receiving an error message when trying to change a scheduled post to a draft. User was unable to change date without receiving error, as well.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Publish
2. Select scheduled post.
3. Change scheduled date or select save as draft.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot reschedule or un-schedule posts.
