Symptoms
Symptom 1:
When attempting to load the Administer > User Access applet in P6 Web using a 32 bit Firefox browser, the following error occurs.
You need an updated version of Java to run Primavera P6. Click OK to install.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into P6 Web using a 32 bit Firefox browser and a 64 bit version of JRE.
2. Select Administer > User Access
Due to this issue, users cannot view the User Access page.
Symptom 2:
The installed version of Firefox is 64 bit.
Logging into P6 Web and clicking Projects, get message "You need an updated version of java to run Primavera P6. Click OK to install."
