Unable to Update Payment Type in Admin (Doc ID 2145354.1)

Unable to update payment type in Admin.

When select credit card type(s) and click on save button, lose credit card selection.

Reproducible Steps:
1. Log into Admin
2. On the Settings tab, click Payment Processing.
3. Select the payment types your store accepts.  --> A tick mark appears for the selected credit card(s)
4. Select one or more billing countries your store accepts and then click Save.

Actual Behavior:
In Step 4, it saves without any error message but tick marks added in Step 3 disappear.

Expected Behavior:
After save, tick marks should remain or saved selected payment types should be apparent.
