Mobile Account Status Slow/Not loading for user

When user clicks on Account Status in the Mobile App, it does not load, the indicator just spins. If it eventually loads, it is after several minutes.
Replicated this on another iPhone, and in Mobile emulator (ZmsMore interface).

Account status dropdown should show up

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
On the mobile app, select an Account > click Account status -> LOV does not populate/too slow

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot edit Account status on Account
