"No Data To Display" for historical data in topic

On : NA version, Listen and Analyze
After creating a topic, when a end user tries to analyze and get results for it within a specific date range from the past 12 months, there are no results, only a message of "No data to display"
The only message shown for all metrics (Activity, Share of Voice and Content Types) is "No data to display"
