R11: Unable To Open Employee Contacts From Person Management

R11 : Unable to open employee contacts from person management

we are Unable to open employee contacts directly from person management. This functionality is working fine in R10 pod. When we select the contact a page opens which is blank and does not show any thing even after 4-5 minutes.

Expected to open the contact by clicking from search results of person management.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigator -> Person Management
2. Search for person who is not an employee, but a contact.
3. Click on person
4. See that blank page opens.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, cannot open employee contacts directly from person management.
