Goal

Order creation is failing, An error is raised:

Orchestration process 300000002918815 for order XXXX was not started because it is not deployed or the server is unavailable. Contact your help desk.

The error is shown by following the instructions in - How to View Errors when an Order has Not been created - Order Submitted using Web Service (Doc ID 2162739.1)
