Symptoms

On :  11.1.10.0.0 version,  Global Payroll

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR  
---------------
Configured Custom taxes according to the Document "Oracle Fusion HRMS (US): US Local Tax Configuration (Doc ID 2056960.1)"
Still the Taxes are not included in  Third Party Periodic and Quarterly extracts.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect the Custom or User Defined Taxes to be available in Third Party Periodic and Quarterly extracts.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Configure the taxes as in US_Local_Tax_Configuration
2. Run The Payroll
3. Run  Third Party Periodic and Quarterly extracts.
