Symptoms

On Oracle Fusion, 11.1.10.0.0 version, trying to load lockbox interface, gets error:

ERROR:
-----------
No Metadata found with the given prefix.Check if the seed data is available


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Enable to load lockbox data


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. On Navigator
2. Go to Tools > Scheduling Processes
3. Run Load file to interface program
4. Select lockbox and observed the error mentioned appears
