1. User filled username/email in application
2. It will be automatically sent link to reset password to user's email
3. User click that link and going to reset password page
4. Employee just fill field for new password
So, there is no need to fill challenge question there.
Because that challenge request is not familiar for employee, and sometimes the challenge request for reset password is different with the question before.
