PrimaryPhoneNumber is not Available for Custom Field Groups addition in the Lead Edit Page

When trying to add field "PrimaryPhoneNumber" to a custom filed groups/region in the Lead Edit page, the field is appearing as 'grayed out' and not able to move the field to "Selected Fields" section.

Attribute Display Name: Contact Phone
API Name: PrimaryPhoneNumber
