Fusion TAP: TAP Search Feature to Find an Employee in the Organization Returns No Results

When using the TAP search feature to find an employee in the organization, no results are returned. The TAPENABLESYNCALLWORKERS option is set to ‘No’ but the documentation states that users should be able to search for employees outside of their team using the search feature.
