ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Opportunity Custom workflow is not triggering

The object workflow stopped working from yesterday.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The object workflow should send emails.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Application Composer --> Sales Application --> Object Workflows --> an object workflow on Opportunity when a record is updated depending on the Sales Stage.


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot receive any emails when an opportunity is updated.
