Not Able To Select Row From Dynamic Choice List Fields

Not able to select rows from dynamic choice List. It takes time to process. Before that time if we click on Ok,it gives error please select one row. After if we select again,the error message displays until we search and select one more time.
In Mobile also, facing the similar issue while selecting the value for DCL, need to click two times to open the list of values and two time to select the value from the list.
When going to add an IBU to an account, once the search is performed and a record is selected, upon clicking OK, an error "You must select a record before clicking OK, else click Cancel" comes up.
If another record is selected, error will go away.
If we search for a record and only one result comes up, we need to search again for the record to come up.
