Account: Default user country is not displayed in Address summary (Doc ID 2148090.1)

In Settings and Actions menu (available by clicking the user name in the upper right side of the screen) -> Set Preferences -> Regional, customer has set the territory to Czech Republic.

In Overview sub-tab of Account details layout, the Address is displayed without the country name, if the address is for Czech Republic (CZ).

If the address is for Austria, for example, then Austria country code is displayed.

Customer would like to see the country name as well. Adding the "Country" field as per above is not accepted, as it will be redundant.

How can we achieve the above requirement?
