Symptoms

When a employee is transferred outside a country, the existing coverage and rates (from the country he is living from) should be automatically end dated.

The life event of transfer is processed, but the coverage end date shows blank for the existing enrollments in previous Legal Employer.

Once the Transfer event is processed, the existing coverage should end dated automatically.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Perform a Transfer from one country to another for this employee.
  2. Process the life event. Then, look on the Benefits Service Center and on the summary you will see the event is processed.
  3. However, on the Enrollments Results, you can see that the initial coverage is not end dated.
