Enhancement Request: The Save Button Is Not Available for Some Dashboards Within the Filter Settings in Instantis EnterpriseTrack (Doc ID 2148166.1)

Symptoms

The Save button within the "Edit Filters and Display Options" Icon pop up window for Dashboards is not present to Save the settings for future use

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into Instantis EnterpriseTrack as app_admin
2. Navigate to the Dashboards page
--a. Select a Dashboard from the drop down "Select Dashboard:" menu
3. Click the "Edit Filters and Display Options" Icon for the <Customer Specific> Chart
4. On the "Filter" tab, make a value change
--a. The Save button is not present beside the "Apply" and "Cancel" buttons
