Goal

Case 1 : When Contact Type profile Option is set to ‘Contact’, Task created from Contact show Primary Contact correctly populated

- Login as a sales administrator
> Setup and Maintenance > Manage Administrator Profile Values > Search (Profile Option Code : ZCA_DEFAULT_CONTACT_TYPE)
> ZCA_DEFAULT_CONTACT_TYPE: Profile Values :- (region)
Site : Contact


- Create Contact
- Edit Contact
- Edit Contact > Activities
- Edit Contact > Activities > Create Task
NOTICE : Primary Contact correctly populated.


Case 2 : When Contact Type profile Option is set to ‘Customer’or ‘Prospect’, Task created from Contact show Primary Contact as blank
- Login as a sales administrator
> Setup and Maintenance > Manage Administrator Profile Values > Search (Profile Option Code : ZCA_DEFAULT_CONTACT_TYPE)
> ZCA_DEFAULT_CONTACT_TYPE: Profile Values :- (region)
Site : Customer / Prospect

- Create Contact
- Edit Contact
- Edit Contact > Activities
- Edit Contact > Activities > Create Task
NOTICE : Primary Contact missing and non editable.
