Message "Twitter Returned An Error" Appears When Trying to Reply to a Tweet in Engage (Doc ID 2148618.1)

On : Engage

The user has all access to the bundle and has tried on different browsers to reply to a tweet, but an error in red appears below the message content.

"Twitter returned an error. Please try again in a few minutes."

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. go to Engage for Twitter channel > open message
2. write an answer and click on the Reply button
3. error message appears in red at the bottom of the message

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot reply to tweets from Engage.
