Slow Processing of Cost Type Business Process (BP) Records

When processing Cost Type BP records through workflow steps, the "Processing..." popup can be up for more than 30-40 seconds and as long as several minutes. It can occur in different project/shells and seems to be independent of other Unifier jobs that could be using up resources, so investigation of performance and sizing issues doesn't yield an improvement in the processing performance of these type BP records.
