On : 8.7 version, Instantis EnterpriseTrack

When attempting to import a zipe file (with size>800MB) from an environment to another with the same version, the following error occurs:

Servlet failed with an IOException. The number of bytes submitted in the form '831600221' exceeds the allowed maximum of '604857600' bytes.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Export a zipe file;
2. Create a new Instantis environment with the same version;
3. Import the zipe file;
4. Error occurs

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot create a new environment based on the zipe file from an older one.
