Cannot Change The Display Sequence Of Fields In Mobile : Appointment Create/Edit Layout

On : version, Mobile Sales App: Cannot change the display sequence of fields in mobile layout

Customer wants to put Description field at the end, after OwnerName and ContactSelects. However, after saving the adjusted layout and opening it, the display sequence remains unchanged. Customer would like to know the reason for this issue.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Application composer -> Sales application -> Standard -> Activity -> Pages -> Mobile Pages -> Appointment Create or Edit Pages -> Default layout -> Edit
2. In Selected fields, move Description to the end of the list
3. Save and Close.
4. Again edit Default layout and see if change was saved, it isn't
