The issue date for National Identifiers doesn't appear when someone is being hired

In the Edit National Identifiers section in the Person Management work area appears more fields than in the National Identifiers section when someone is being hired. Is it possible to have all the fields that appear in the person management area, in the hiring work area?

Expecting "Issue Date" in the "New Person - Hire an employee: Identification" page.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigator -> New Person
2. Hire an Employee
3. On the Identification page under national identifiers, see the issue.
