On : 11.1.10.0.0 version, Leads, Sales Campaigns

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
While uploading a pptx presentation to Lightbox, it says it uploaded successfully, but always just shows as uploading and cannot be accessed.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The presentation should be accessible.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Upload a PowerPoint to the Lightbox
2. Wait for it to upload successfully.
3. Try and download it.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot access some Powerpoints in Lightbox.
